By enrolling in a CODE4FUN online or onsite coding course or camp, I acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Enrolment and Payment
a. Enrolment in CODE4FUN courses, workshops, or programs (“Services”) is subject to availability and completion of the enrolment process.
b. Payment in full is required to secure enrolment in the chosen Service. Payment can be made online through our secure payment portal or via other accepted payment methods.
c. Enrolment is confirmed only upon receipt of payment. We reserve the right to cancel any enrolment if payment is not received by the specified deadline.
d. Re-Enrolment for subsequent terms is not automatic. Failure to enrol on time may result in the inability to secure placement for your child in their desired course or camp.
2. Refunds and Cancellations
a. Full refunds will be provided for cancellations made at least 10 days before the start date of the Service.
b. CODE4FUN may, at its discretion, consider refunds or credits for future enrolments under reasonable and compassionate circumstances.
c. To request a refund, please contact us by email or phone. Refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.
d. CODE4FUN does not offer refunds for missed sessions due to reasons attributable to the student. However, we will make every effort to accommodate missed sessions by offering makeup sessions or providing video recordings of the missed lessons, where feasible.
3. Participant Conduct and Responsibilities:
a. Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and appropriate manner at all times during the Service.
b. Participants must adhere to any rules, guidelines, or instructions provided by CODE4FUN’s instructors or staff.
c. CODE4FUN reserves the right to dismiss any participant from the Service without refund if their behaviour is deemed disruptive, disrespectful, or in violation of the rules and guidelines.
4. Liability and Waiver:
a. CODE4FUN PTY LTD, its instructors, and staff shall not be liable for any loss, injury, or damage suffered by participants during the course of the Service, except where such loss, injury, or damage arises as a direct result of negligence or misconduct.
b. Participants and their legal guardians hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue CODE4FUN PTY LTD, its instructors, and staff from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action arising out of or related to participation in the Service.
5. Supervision:
a. Students are supervised by CODE4FUN’s instructors only during their online or onsite coding sessions.
b. There will be no supervision of students by CODE4FUN’s instructors before and after their online or onsite coding sessions.
c. Supervision of your child before or after CODE4FUN’s online or onsite coding session should be conducted strictly under the supervision of their parent/guardian.
6. Use of Media:
a. Photographs and videos taken during classes or camps may be used for internal training purposes and promotional materials, including on the CODE4FUN’s website, social media, and other marketing materials.
b. Parent/guardian who do not wish for their child’s media to be used must inform CODE4FUN’S staff accordingly.
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the participant and CODE4FUN regarding the subject matter herein. By enrolling in CODE4FUN Services, participants agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. If you have any
