New Beginners Coding Course in Granville in Term 3, 2017.

Y1 – Y 6 students are welcome to join. Granville Youth Community & Recreation Centre, each Saturday, 1:00 pm – 2:00 pm, during school terms. The students learn the fundamentals of computer science while developing their coding skills and building cool games and animated projects using Scratch. Problem solving, math, physics, and creativity all are covered. No experience is required. Each student will have his or her own online account, so they will be able to keep on developing their coding skills outside a classroom.

Scratch Beginners Level 1

Location: Granville Youth Community & Recreation Centre, 3A Memorial Avenue, Granville NSW 2142
Time: Every Saturday, 1:00 pm – 2:00 pm
Duration: 9 weeks, from 22 July till 16 September
Fee: $198 per student per term. Late enrolments are accepted with a pro rata payment
Level: Y1 – Y6 students with no or just a little coding experience
Laptops are provided 
Description: Students learn the main programming concepts while creating their own computer games and interactive projects in Scratch.
